Frequently asked questions
- What counts as a verification?
- One successful server-side /siteverify call (when your backend resolves a token). Tokens that are never verified don't count.
- Do you fingerprint my users?
- No. We never read WebGL, canvas, fonts or device identifiers. We score behavior — timing, typing rhythm, honeypots and request patterns — and hash IPs with a salt.
- Where is my data stored?
- On infrastructure located in India. We don't persist raw IPs, form contents, or any personal data — only a non-identifying signal summary and verdict.
- What happens if I exceed my quota?
- We fail open. Your form keeps working, the verification is flagged quota_exceeded, and we nudge you to upgrade. We never silently break your signups.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Downgrade or cancel from your dashboard; you keep your tier until the end of the billing period, then drop to Free.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Annual billing (2 months free) is coming. Email us and we'll honor it manually in the meantime.
